Masterpiece Book Review

Masterpiece is an amazing book about a beetle who loves adventure. The beetle's name is Marvin and he lives with his family under the sink of a boy named James. Marvin and his family have to be extremely careful not to be found by James family. One day James is havind his birthday party but all the kids that are there are his mom's friends kids. There all obnoxious and James feels lonely. But, when James dad comes {his parent are divorce} he gives him a ink and pen set. James doesn't really like the present but he's happy his dad came. Marvin is watching all of this and decides he wants to try the ink set out. That night Marvin sneaks out up to James room and tries out the set. He doesn't think his picture is to good, but James mom thinks it is. James wakes up and his mom can't stop talking about the picture. James is really confused but the confusion clears up when Marvin tries to explain everything that night. At first James doesn't get anything but when Marvin shows his talent for drawing James gets it. The next day his dad comes and takes him to the art museum and one of the people who works there want James to copy a piece of art. What will James do? Read the book by Masterpiece by Elise Broach to find out! The book sounds kind of weird but it's my FAVORITE book!

The Book Without Words Book Review

The Book Without Words is about a old man named Thorston who wants to live for ever with the power of The Book Without Words. Thorston is very poor and only has a servant named Sybil and a talking Raven named Odo. The only way for Thorston to keep living is if he follows specific steps to achieve immortality. That is where Sybil comes in. Sybil is a 14 year old girl who knows just about nothing about magic but Thorston needs to sacrifice a child for him to keep staying alive. The child that is sacrificed must be the same age as Thorston was when Thorston stole the Book Without Words. Now another old man named Brother Wilifred is looking for the book because when he was a child Thorston stole the Book Without Words from him. Throughout the story, Thorston comes closer to achieving his immortality. Sybil comes closer to losing her life. To find out the rest, you must read the Book Without Words. We highly recommend reading this book.

How to Train your Dragon

Hicup Hourendous Haddock the third is not your ordinary viking boy. Well he is he just has done a lot of weird things like. 1. his dad is the king of the Hairy Hooligan Tribe. 2. When he signed up for the Dragon Initiation Program. Since he's the son of the king everyone thinks he'll get the biggest most powerful dragon. But instead he gets the smallest dragon with out no teeth, what's a better name then Toothless! 3. He learns how to speak the forbiten language Dragoneese, ands earns the nickname "Dragon Wisperer"! After all these things happen a war starts. To find out who wins the war you should read "How to Train your Dragon" by Cressida Cowel. I think this book is a fantisy because of all the make believe things. I recommend this book for action readers. I loved this book, and I think you'll love it to!
